Abstract
U ovome radu analiziran je sustav grijanja bitumena u teretnim tankovima broda za prijevozbitumena. Prikazana je izvedba nestrukturnih tankova tereta, opisan sustav grijanja termalnimuljem i prikazani su razlozi korištenja termalnoga ulja kao medija za prijenos toplinske energije.Najkompleksniji dio rada nalazi se u izračunu toplinskih gubitaka iz tankova tereta. Na osnovi kriterija toplinskih gubitaka iz tankova tereta i kriterija za povećanje temperature tereta izračunata je ukupna toplinska energija koju je potrebno dovoditi u tankove tereta. Prema izračunatoj toplinskoj energiji, izračunati su promjeri i duljine grijaćih cijevi u teretnim tankovima.
Abstract (english)
This master's thesis shows the analysis of asphalt carrier cargo heating system. It shows performance of structural independent tanks, description of thermal oil heating system and shows reasons of using thermal oil as heat transfer fluid. The most complex part of this thesis is calculation of heat losses from cargo tanks. Total heat that should be transferred into cargo tanks is calculated on the basis of heat losses criterium from cargo tanks and increase of the cargo temperature criterium. This thesis also shows calculation of diameters and lengths of heating coils in cargo tanks.
