Abstract
Svrha ovog diplomskog rada je ispitivanje, kontrola i analiza rezultata dobivenih različitim metodama ispitivanja bez razaranja zavarenog spoja. Važnost kontrole zavara je vrlo bitna jer je često povezana sa sigurnosti prometa i ljudi, najčešće kod zrakoplova, mostova velikih dimenzija i kapaciteta. U teorijskom dijelu objašnjene su najčešće metode ispitivanja, detaljno su prikazane njihove primjene, prednosti i nedostatci. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada provedeno je ultrazvučno ispitivanje atestne ploče izrađene od čelika S355 kutnom sondom od 60ْ. Dobivenim rezultatima utvrđeno je da je metoda ultrazvučnim ispitivanjem, kompleksna te zahtjeva dodatnu obučenost i stručnost ispitivača. Provedena je također metoda radiografskog ispitivanja za dodatnu provjeru dobivenih rezultata. Pokazala se kao detaljnija, točnija te jednostavna za izvršenje.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this thesis is to test, control and analyze the results obtained by different test methods without destroying the welded joint. The importance of welding control is very important because it is often related to the safety of traffic and people, most often in the case of aircraft, bridges of large dimensions and capacities. In the theoretical part, the most common test methods are explained, their applications, advantages and disadvantages are presented in detail. In the experimental part of the work, an ultrasonic test of the test plate made of S355 steel was performed with an angle probe of 60ْ. The obtained results showed that the ultrasound examination method is complex and requires additional training and expertise of the examiner. A radiographic examination method was also carried out for additional verification of the obtained results. It proved to be more detailed, accurate and simple to execute.
