Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada bio je procijeniti dubinu prokaljivanja strojnog dijela GE.23-PP.42. U radu opisane su neke osnove o samim čelicima i toplinskim obradama. Detaljnije je objašnjen utjecaj legirajućih elemenata na ravnotežni dijagram stanja, te tvorba austenita i pretvorba pothlađenog austenita. Osim toga, detaljno je objašnjen postupak kaljivosti kao postupak povećanja tvrdoće na nekom strojnom dijelu, te podjela kaljivosti na zakaljivost i prokaljivost. Nakon oga opisane su same metode procjene prokaljivosti nekoga strojnoga dijela. Time je završen teorijski dio ovoga rada, nakon čega je proveden praktični dio procjenjivanja dubine prokaljivanja zadanog strojnog dijela gdje je primjenjena Jominyeva metoda kao cilj ovoga rada.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this final work was to evaluate the depth of hardening of the machine part GE.23- PP.42. The paper describes some basics about the steels themselves and heat treatments. The influence of alloying elements on the equilibrium state diagram, as well as the formation of austenite and the transformation of undercooled austenite, are explained in more detail. In addition, the process of hardening is explained in detail as a process of increasing the hardness of a machine part, and the division of hardenability into hardenability and hardenability. After that, the methods of assessing the hardenability of a machine part are described. This concludes the theoretical part of this work, after which the practical part of assessing the depth of hardening of the given machine part was carried out, where the Jomin method was applied as the goal of this work.
