Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je projektirati i konstruirati pužno planetarni reduktor pogonjen elektromotorom za pogon putničkog dizala, gdje se u prvom stupnju nalazi pužni reduktor na koji se u drugom stupnju redukcije nastavlja planetarni reduktor. Proračun je izveden u programu Excel s mogućnošću promjene ulaznih podataka, a crtanje u programu INVENTOR 2024. Prvo je kao prvi stupanj proračunat pužni reduktor, a zatim planetarni čije su dimenzije ciljano usvojene da se može vijcima prihvatiti za kućište pužnog reduktora radi lakše montaže, jednostavnosti, servisiranja. Nakon proračuna osnovnih dijelova oba reduktora, izveden je proračun osovinica planeta i vodila na plastičnu deformaciju. Nakon toga usvojene su dimenzije svih vratila, proračunati i usvojeni ležajevi, uložna pera, užnica, uže te su definirani usvojeni elementi za brtvljenje, uskočnici, čepovi za ulje i pasta protiv odvrtanja vijaka.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this graduate thesis is the design of a worm gear-planetary reduction gearbox for the main drive of an electric passenger elevator. The first stage consists of a worm gear drive, which is in turn connected to the planetary gear second stage. The load capacity and sizing calculations were performed in Excel with the option to vary input data, and the gearbox was modeled using Autodesk Inventor 2024. During the design process, the worm drive stage was designed first, and then the planetary was designed so that it was able to be bolted on the worm drive housing in order to facilitate assembly, and for ease of maintenance. After calculating the basic parts of both drive stages, the planet gear axles and planetary gear output shaft were checked for resistance to plastic deformation. Finally, all the shafts, bearings and keys were calculated and adopted, and all the sealing elements, circlip rings, oil seals and threadlocker paste defined.
