Abstract
U ovome radu se govori o grafičkim metodama sinteze ravninskih zglobno polužnih mehanizama. Govori se o načinu na koji funkcioniraju zglobno polužni mehanizmi te kako izgleda proces dizajniranja takvih mehanizama. Kako bi se što bolje mogao shvatiti taj proces objašnjeni su kako se prvenstveno sinteza mehanizama sastoji od tri tipa zadataka a to su zadaci generiranja fumkcije, generiranja putanje i generiranja gibanja te kako provjeriti oće taj mehanizam ispunjavati te zadatke i koliko uspješno. Proces sinteze je složen proces te radi što efikasnijeg rezultata sklon je iteracijama. U radu su se prošle vrste dimenzionalnih sinteza za dvopozicijske mehanizme, mehanizme s tri pozicije, s četiri ili više pozicija te isto brzopovratni mehanizmi. Objašnjena je srodnost mehanizama i njihova veza između sprežnih članova u stvaranju istih putanja. Svi grafički prikazi su rađeni u programu Geogebra radi što lakšeg prikaza i jednostavnosti izrade.
Abstract (english)
This paper discusses graphical methods for planar linkages synthesis. It explores the functioning of linkages and the process of designing such mechanisms. To better understand this process, the synthesis of mechanisms is explained to consist primarily of three types of tasks: function generation, path generation, and motion generation. This paper also outlines how to assess whether the mechanism fulfills these tasks and to what extent it does so successfully. The synthesis process is complex and for optimal results it is prone to iterations. The paper covers various types of dimensional synthesis for two-position mechanisms, three-position mechanisms, four or more position mechanisms, as well as quick-return mechanisms. It explains the relationship between mechanisms and the connection of coupler links in creating similar paths. All graphical representations were created using the program Geogebra for ease of display and simplicity of construction.
