Abstract
U ovom završnom radu objašnjene su tehnike zavarivanja MIG/MAG, Ručno-elektrolučno zavarivanje, te TIG zavarivanje. Objašnjene su kontrole zavara bez razaranja materijala vizualnim pregledom, ispitivanje penetratima, ultrazvukom, te radiografijom. Kao praktični dio završnog rada ispitan je dio ZD.23-PI.48 pomoću kontrola zavara sa razaranjem i to postupkom savijanja i kontrole tvrdoće zavara. Strojni dio ZD.23-PI.48 nije zadovoljio kontrolu.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, the welding techniques of MIG/MAG, manual electric arc welding, and TIG welding are explained. Controls of welds without material destruction by visual inspection, penetrant testing, ultrasound, and radiography are explained. As a practical part of the final work, part ZD.23-PI.48 was tested by means of destructive weld controls, with the bending procedure and weld hardness control. The machine part ZD.23-PI.48 did not pass the inspection.
