Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu detaljno je prikazan i opisan proces toplinske obrade cementiranjem strojnog dijela Ne.23-DT.37 koji je namijenjen kao svornjak za prikolicu traktora. U teorijskom dijelu diplomskog rada opisane su opće spoznaje o čeliku, glavne fazne pretvorbe relevantne za postupak cementiranja, a sam postupak cementiranja detaljno je razmatran. Nakon provedene toplinske obrade, strojni dio je bio podvrgnut mjerenju tvrdoće. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je postizanje željene tvrdoće površinskog sloja i dobivanje propisane vrijednosti dubine pougljičenog sloja. Cijeli postupak toplinske obrade pratile su detaljne slike i opisi.
Abstract (english)
This master's thesis provides a detailed presentation and description of the heat treatment process involving carburization of the machine part NT.23-DT.37, intended for use as a tractor trailer pin. The theoretical part of the thesis encompasses general insights into steel, key phase transformations relevant to the carburization process, and a comprehensive examination of the carburization process itself. Following the heat treatment, the machine part underwent hardness measurements. The objective of this master's thesis was to achieve the desired surface hardness and obtain the specified depth of the carburized layer. Detailed images and descriptions accompanied the entire heat treatment process.
