Abstract
U ovome radu opisane su pomorske operacije, operativni limiti i kampanje. Koristeći limitirani set podataka o stanju oceana, visina vala, perioda vala i smjer vala napravljeno je programsko rješenje za analizu vremena neraspoloživosti operacija. Izrađenim algoritmom određuje se prvo izvedivost operacije te na tom temelju simulira izvođenje kampanje. Također, postoji podrška za simulaciju različitih međuzavisnosti i sljedova operacija. Programsko rješenje napravljeno je koristeći python i Qt, sadrži različite grafičke prikaze putem kojih je moguće provesti analizu. Prikaz funkcionalnosti programskog rješenja napravljen je putem simulacije tri različite kampanje vezane za projekt izgradnje pomorskih vjetroelektrana.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes maritime operations, operational limits, and campaigns. Using a limited dataset on ocean conditions, wave height, wave period, and wave direction, a software solution was developed to analyze the downtime of operations. The developed algorithm first determines the feasibility of the operation and, based on that, simulates the execution of the campaign. Additionally, there is support for simulating various interdependencies and sequences of operations. The software solution was developed using Python and Qt, and includes various graphical displays through which analysis can be conducted. The functionality of the software solution is demonstrated through the simulation of three different campaigns related to the offshore wind farm construction project
