Abstract
Cilj ovoga rada bio je projektiranje toplinskog generatora snage 500 kW loženog drvnom biomasom. Pregledom dostupnih kotlova na tržištu toplinskih generatora, kao ogledni model odabran je kotao Centrometal EKO-CKS Multi Plus 580. Navedeni kotao zadovoljava sve zahtjeve koje norma HRN EN 303-5; 2012. postavlja pred toplinske generatore pare. Za pogonsko gorivo odabrana je biomasa. Zbog svojih ekoloških karakteristika (CO2 neutralna, dok god se poštuje pravilo: jedno zasađeno drvo za jedno srušeno), smatra se idealnim pogonskim gorivom toplinskih kotlova. Najčešća namjena toplinskih generatora snage 500W i više je grijanje većih objekata, poput stambenih zgrada i javnih ustanova, te za pripremu potrošne tople vode u navedenim objektima. Proračunom je utvrđeno da odabrani model odgovara postavljenim zahtjevima.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper was to design a 500 kW heat generator powered by wood biomass. Wood biomass was selected as fuel. Due to its ecological characteristics (CO2 neutral, as long as the rule is respected: one planted wood for one demolished), it is considered as the ideal fuel of heat boilers. After the design calculation of a 500 kW power generator, by examining the available boilers in the heat generator market, the Centrometal EKO-CKS Multi Plus 580 boiler was selected as the sample model. This boiler meets all the requirements of the HRN EN 303-5; 2012 norm. The most commonly used heat generators of 500kW and above are the heating of larger buildings, such as residential buildings and public facilities, and for the preparation of hot water in these facilities.
