This final thesis begins with a technological analysis of the part from the constructional and technological point of view where I have identified possible forms of semi-products. Next important step was to select the input material for which I found that the most economical way is to use forged part because there was too much of scraping volume in using rod. Then I made a rough operations order from which I minimized the number of operations to be the lowest possible thanks to the use of modern CNC machines. The next step was detailed elaboration of the operations which were divided into the procedures after which I have carefully selected and calculated the processing parameters (cutting depth, feed, cutting speed, rotation speed, time of production ...). After a detailed elaboration of the operations what followed was making of technological documentation (list of operations, operating sheets and tool list). From the technological documentation and the average production time per piece it is evident that we will need more work places per operation to meet 25,000 pieces/year. The last step was to calculate the productive and economic rate of cutting from which results I concluded that I selected speed parameters of individual procedures in correct way.
