Abstract
Izveden je proračun i konstrukcija jednostupanjskog reduktora za pogon plunger pumpe, odnosno za postojeći proizvod. Uz reduktor konstruirano je i pogonsko vratilo koje je proračunato na zamor materijala i plastične deformacije. Plunger pumpe su pumpe koje se koriste kada su potrebni vrlo visoki tlakovi, a relativno mali protoci medija. Najveću primjenu su pronašle u naftnoj industriji pri hidrauličkom frakturiranju tla. Proračun čvrstoće reduktora optimiziran je uz pomoć programskog paketa KISSSOFT čija je namjena olakšati posao inženjerima prilikom proračuna raznih konstrukcijskih elemenata.
Abstract (english)
An calculation and design of a gearbox for a power end of a plunger pump was made, so a replacement gearbox is created for an already existing product. Beside the gearbox, a shaft was engineered respectively to fatigue and plastic deformations. Plunger pumps are pumps that are used mainly when there is a need for high pressures and relatively low flow of the pressurized media. The main application for these pumps is in the oil industry for the hydraulic fracturing. The gearbox strength calculation was optimized with the help of the KISSSOFT software package, which intended use is to facilitate the work of engineers when calculating various structural elements.
