Abstract
Završni rad naziva „Ispitivanje strojnog dijela EM.17-PI.14“ obuhvaća ispitivanje tvrdoće po liniji zavara sučeono zavarene ploče. U teorijskom dijelu rada objašnjena je terminologija vezana za zavarivanje i tvrdoću, opisani su postupci zavarivanja i postupci ispitivanja tvrdoće te vrste pogrešaka koje nastaju u zavarenim spojevima. U praktičnom dijelu provedeno je ispitivanje tvrdoće na uzorku zavarenog spoja u skladu s normama za izvođenje ispitivanja zavarenih spojeva. Rezultati ispitivanja pokazuju promjenu tvrdoće po zonama zavarenog spoja zbog utjecaja topline zavarivanja.
Abstract (english)
Graduate work entitled „Testing of workpiece EM.17-PI.14“ includes the testing of hardness along the weld line of a butt welded plate. Theoretical part explains terminology of welding and hardness, welding procedures and testing hardness procedures, as well as welded joints defects. Partical part refers to procces of testing hardness on a welded sample which was conducted in accordance with the standards for testing of welded joints. Test results show a change of hardness by welded joints areas caused by welding heat influence.
