Abstract
U radu postupak toplinske obrade strojnog dijela MZ.17-ST.85 nalaze se sve potrebne informacije i koraci koji vode ka izradi dijela MZ.17-ST.85 kako bi se na njemu mogla izvršiti potrebna mjerenja. Rad obuhvaća i detaljne opise faznih pretvorbi u čeliku, kaljenja čelika, zakaljivosti i prokaljivosti, popuštanju čelika, poboljšanju, TTT dijagrama, ispitivanja tvrdoće kao i kompletan postupak toplinske obrade s pripadajućom dokumentacijom i rezultatima mjerenja.
Abstract (english)
In the paper the heat treatment process of the machine part MZ.17-ST.85 contains all the necessary information and steps leading to the preparation of part MZ.17-ST.85 in order to carry out the necessary measurements. The work also includes detailed descriptions of phase transformations in steel, steel quenching, potential hardness increase and hardenability, steel yield, improvement, TTT diagram, hardness test as well as complete heat treatment process with relevant documentation and measurement results.
