Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je bio opisati uporabu tiristora i tiristorskih pretvaračkih spojeva u pogonima električne propulzije broda. Ukratko je opisana uporaba električne energije u svrhu propulzije broda od samih začetaka do suvremenih pristupa, kao i električni sustav brodske propulzije. Tiristorski pretvarački sklopovi se koriste za električne pogone najvećih snaga, te su stoga neizostavni u pogonima električne brodske propulzije. Opisan je poluvodički element tiristor i njegov način djelovanja, kao i tiristorski pretvarački sklopovi pri ispravljačkom te izmjenjivačkom načinu djelovanja. Pri tome je očigledno da iznos kuta upravljanja α tiristora u većoj mjeri određuje način djelovanja tiristorskih pretvaračkih spojeva. Prikazani su valni oblici struja i napona na izlazima tiristorskih pretvarača za oba načina djelovanja. Sinkropretvarači su izmjenjivači s utisnutom strujom komutirani trošilom. Izvršene su simulacije rada jednofaznog i trofaznog sinkropretvarača. Također, izvršena je analiza amplitudnog spektra za pravokutni i kvazipravokutni izlazni valni oblik struja sinkropretvarača, te je izvršena usporedba s odgovarajućim idealnim valnim oblicima. Uočene su karakteristične harmoničke komponente izlaznih valnih oblika, ali i pojava ne cjelobrojnih harmoničkih komponenti koje su rezultat djelovanja višefaznih sklopova. Ukratko je opisana primjena sinkropretvarača u pogonima električne propulzije broda.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this thesis is to describe thyristor-based converters in marine applications, mainly electrical ship propulsion. A brief description of electrical propulsion usage was described, from its beginnings to the modern approaches. Thyristor converters are used for electrical power drives of the highest power, and therefore are indispensable in marine propulsion drives. Thyristor semiconductor and its modes of operation are described. Also, the principle of the thyristor converters and their rectifying and inverting modes of operation are discussed. The influence of the thyristor firing angle α on output current and voltage waveforms is discussed and shown for both modes of operation. Synchro converters are current source, load commutated inverters. Simulations of one-phase and three-phase synchro converter are performed. Also, an analysis of the amplitude spectrum of the rectangular and six-stepped output current waveforms of synchro converter are performed, and compared to the corresponding ideal waveforms. The characteristic harmonic components of the output waveforms have been observed. Also, the appearance of non-integer harmonic components that are the result of the action of the multiphase circuits, have been observed. A short description of synchro converters in ship propulsion drives is given.
