Abstract
CNC plazma rezanje je jedna od jeftinijih obrada na trenutnom tržištu te je stog razloga ima raširenu primjenu u strojnoj obradi. U završnom radu prikazana je izrada CNC stroja za plazma rezanje čeličnih ploča dimenzija 2000 x 1000 mm sa mogućnošću rezanja do 40 mm. CNC stroj za rezanje plazmom će se temeljiti na pištolju „LC65M“ te je potrebno ostale konstrukcije dijelove prilagoditi pištolju. Zahtjevi ovog rada su da se napravi kompletna tehnička dokumentacija s popisom svih potrebnih dijelova za konstrukciju i montažu CNC stroja za plazma rezanje, a temeljem odabrane konstrukcijske varijante proizašle iz prethodne analize prednosti i nedostataka svake od njih. Za upravljane CNC strojem za plazma rezanje koristi se Mach 3 upravljačko sučelje.
Abstract (english)
CNC plasma cutting is one of the cheapest machining in the current market and is the reason for widespread application in machining. This final work shows the production of CNC plasma cutting machine for steel plates dimensioned 2000 x 1000 mm and thickness up to 40 mm. CNC plasma cutting machine will be based on „LC65M“ pistol and it is necessary to adjust other parts of construction to the pistol. Requirements oft his work are the making of complete documentation and the list of parts needed to compilate CNC plasma cutting machine, and making of some concepts to see andvantages and disadvantages. After the selection of concept which is the best match to our needs, it is necessary to make a structural drafting. The control of CNC plasma cutting machine is carried out by MACH3 management interface.
