Abstract
Ovim radom se prikazuje način rada sigurnosnih spojki s kuglicama i valjcima. U prvoj cjelini su opisane sve vrste spojki, dok su u drugoj cjelini opisane sigurnosne spojke s valjcima i kuglicama te detaljan opis pojedinih dijelova spojke i njihov način rada. Rad je trebalo izraditi tako da se konstruira i opiše sigurnosna spojka koja će imati moment klizanja od 100 Nm. Pomoću kataloga tvrtke KTR je odabrana sigurnosna spojka s kuglicama za ograničavanje okretnog momenta do 100 Nm. Za odabranu spojku je izrađen proračun potrebne sile opruge. Spojka je konstruirana u programu AutoCAD 2015.
Abstract (english)
This paper shows the mode of safety clutches with balls and rollers. In the first embodiment, all types of couplings are described, while safety assemblies with cylinders and balls are described in the second part and a detailed description of the individual clutch parts and their operation. The work should have been designed to construct and describe a safety clutch that will have a sliding moment of 100 Nm. With the KTR catalog, the safety clutch with torque limiting torque up to 100 Nm is selected. For the selected coupling, a calculation of the required spring force has been made. The clutch is designed in AutoCAD 2015.
