Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bio je ispitati sadržaj ferita u strojnom dijelu BB.17-PI.14 pomoću feritometra. Strojni dio su tri zavarena uzorka austenitnog nehrđajućeg čelika. Rad se sastoji od teoretskog i eksperimentalnog dijela. U teoretskom dijelu opisan je čelik, njegova glavna svojstva i vrste. Pobliže je opisan austenitni nehrđajući čelik koji se kasnije koristi u praktičnom dijelu rada. U drugom dijelu teoretskog dijela rada opisano je zavarivanje, postupci zavarivanja, te vrste zavarenih spojeva. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada navedeni su i prikazani uzorci na kojima se izvodilo mjerenje. Zatim su, u obliku tablica i grafova, prikazani rezultati mjerenja sva tri uzorka, te je dan zaključak na temelju tih rezultata.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper was to examine the ferrite number in the machine part BB.17-PI.14 with ferritometer. The machine part consists of three welded austenitic stainless steel samples. The paper consists of a theoretical and experimental part. The theoretical part describes the steel, its main properties and types. Austenitic stainless steel is more specifically described, which is later used in the practical part. In the second part of the theoretical part of the paper, welding, welding procedures and welded joints are described. In the experimental part of the paper, samples are listed and presented. Then, in the form of tables and graphs, the results of the measurement of all three samples are presented, and the conclusion is written based on these results.
