Abstract
U ovom je radu izvršen postupak projektiranja industrijskog vijčanog kompresora za zrak, pogonjen elektromotorom, s ulaznim tlakom bar i brzinom vrtnje elektromotora 1500 o/min, uz kapacitet kompresora od 25 m3. U radu je dimenzionirana osnovna oprema kompresora, tj. izvršen je proračun duljine i promjera rotora. Nakon dimenzioniranja opreme, s obzirom na utrošeni rad, izračunata je potrebna snaga pogonskog stroja, tj. elektromotora. Posljednji dio proračuna obuhvaća proračun promjera cijevi koji nam je potreban za protok ulja, s obzirom na zadane radne uvjete. Na kraju je izrađen pojednostavljeni sklopni nacrt industrijskog vijčanog kompresora pomoću programskog alata AutoCAD na kojem su vidljivi osnovni dijelovi, kako bi jasnije prikazali od kojih se dijelova jedan industrijski vijčani kompresor sastoji.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the design of an industrial air compressor air compressor, powered by an electric motor, with an inlet pressure of 7 bar and an electric motor speed of 1500 rpm and a compressor capacity of 25 m3. In this paper, the basic compressor equipment is designed and dimensioned, the calculation of the length and the diameter of the rotor has been performed. Once the equipment has been dimensioned, the power required for the electromotor is calculated with respect to the given work conditions. The last part of this paper includes the pipe diameter calculation we need for the oil flow, given the working conditions. In the end, a simplified drawing of the industrial screw compressor was created using AutoCAD, where the basic parts are visible in order to show more clearly of which parts an industrial screw compressors are made of.
