Abstract
Ovaj rad obuhvaća tehnološki proces za proizvodnju vijka u količini od 13000 komada po godini prema nacrtu. Oprema je izabrana uzimajući u obzir, da će se koristiti i za proizvodnju drugih tehnoliški sličnih dijelova. Rad obuhvaća: tehnološku analizu dijela; izbor ulaznog materijala; postavljanje koncepta tehnološkog procesa za izradu dijela uz zahtjev da se dio proizvodi svakodnevno; razradu tehnološkog procesa izrade strukturiranjem operacija i definiranjem svih elemenata operacija s razradom osnovne tehnološke dokumentacije; izračun proizvodne i ekomomske brzine rezanja za jedan zahvat grube i jedan zahvat fine obrade.
Abstract (english)
This paper encompasses the technological process for the production of screws in the amount of 13000 pieces per year according to the draft. The equipment is chosen considering it will also be used for the production of other technologically similar parts. The paper covers: technological part analysis; choice of input material; setting the concept of a technological process for making a part with the requirement for a portion to be produced on a daily basis; elaborate the technological process by designing the operations and defining all elements of the operations with the elaboration of the basic technological documentation; calculation of production and economical cutting speed for one rough operation and one fine processing operation.
