Abstract
Ovim radom obuhvaćen je opis, zadatak i namjena operativne pripreme unutar proizvodne funkcije. Opisani su osnovni poslovi operativne pripreme proizvodnje, njihova podjela te grupiranje. Izvršen je izbor makro organizacije operativne pripreme te je ona grafički prikazana kao i alternativne organizacijske strukture. Prikazani su i detaljno opisani operativni dokumenti, njihov sadržaj, namjena, mjesto nastajanja, hodogram unutar poslovnog sustava i mjesto arhiviranja pojedinih dokumenata.
Abstract (english)
This thesis includes the description, purpose and main task of operational preparatin servise within production function. The basic operations of operational preparation of production, their division and grouping are described. The choice of macro organization of operational preparation was carried out and it is graphically depicted as well as alternative organizational structures. Also, operational documents, their content, purpose, place of creation, the workflow in the business system and the place of archiving of individual documents are presented and described in detail.
