Abstract
U ovom radu obuhvaćen je detaljni postupak izrade ogradnog elementa korištenog u stočarstvu dužine 3 metra i visine 1,75 metara prikazanog na nacrtu u prilogu. Uz uvodni dio u kojem su opisane okvirne godišnje, odnosno mjesečne potrebne količine elemenata, posebno je analiziran i postupak savijanja bočnih cijevi. Osim prikazanog cjelokupnog procesa izrade elementa, od nabave potrebnog materijala do isporuke gotovog proizvoda, napravljena je i konstrukcija naprave za sastavljanje i zavarivanje. Naprava je prvenstveno zamišljena i konstruirana za ogradne elemente u standardnoj dužini 3000 mm, kasnije i za ograde dužine 2400 i 3600 mm. Zadatak naprave, prema potrebnim proizvodnim količinama, bio je ubrzati proces prilagodbe graničnika i ostalih geometrijskih značajki pri sastavljanju jednog u odnosu na drugi element, tj. skratiti pripremno-završno vrijeme izrade.
Abstract (english)
This thesis includes a detailed procedure for making a fence element used in cattle breeding, 3 meters long and 1,75 meters high, shown in the attached drawing. In addition to the introductory part, which describes the approximate annual or monthly required quantities of elements, the process of bending the side pipes is specifically analyzed. Besides the entire presented process of making the element, from the supply of the necessary material to the delivery of the finished product, the construction of the device for assembly and welding was made. The device was primarily designed and constructed for fence elements with the standard length of 3000 mm, later also for fences with the length of 2400 and 3600 mm. The task of the device, according to the required production quantities, was to speed up the process of adjusting the stopper and other geometric features when assembling one element in relation to the other element, more specifically to shorten the preparation and final production time.
