Abstract
U radu su opisane opće karakteristike robota za zavarivanje i njihove prednosti i nedostatci. Također, opisana je opravdanost uvođenja robota u proizvodnju gornjeg hvatišta adaptera kombajna. Detaljno su opisane karakteristike robotskog sustava Motoman HP6 te njegove mogućnosti zavarivanja. U praktičnom dijelu smo odredili pripremu, programiranje i zavarivanje gornjeg hvatišta adaptera kombajna na robotu Motoman HP6. Kod izvršenog zavarivanja smo analizirali rezultate te ih usporedili s ručnim načinom zavarivanja. Informacije o ručnom načinu zavarivanja gornjeg hvatišta smo dobili iz razgovora sa zavarivačima iz „Đuro Đaković Elektromont d.d.“.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the general characteristics of the welding robot and their advantages and disadvantages. Also, a justification for the introduction of robots in the production of the upper grips adapter combine. There are detail description the characteristics of the robotic system Motoman HP6 and its weldability. In the practical part we define the preparation, programming and welding upper grip adapter of Combine on robot Motoman HP6. After executed welding, we analyzed the results and compared them with the manual welding mode. Information about manual welding upper grip we've got from conversations with welders from „Đuro Đaković Elektromont d.d.“.
