Abstract
Oštećenje rotorske lopatice parne turbine je relativno čest problem i predstavlja jedan od vodećih uzroka iznenadnih i neplaniranih prekida rada parne turbine. Lom lopatice u radu turbine predstavlja sigurnosni rizik, koji rezultira troškovima popravka i gubicima proizvodnje. Stoga je visoka pouzdanost rotorskih lopatica vrlo važna za siguran i ekonomičan rad parne turbine. Za osiguranje visoke pouzdanosti potrebno je provesti dinamičku analizu rotorskih lopatica eksperimentalno i u računalnom okruženju. U ovom radu izvršena je modalna analiza prostorno uvijene lopatice posljednjeg stupnja turbine u programskom paketu Ansys. Rezulatati modalne analize mirujuće rotorske lopatice uspoređeni su s rezulatima dobivenim udarnim testom, čime je izvršeno potvrđivanje numeričkog modela lopatice. Na istom numeričkom modelu izvršena je modalna analiza rotirajuće rotorske lopatice, te su izrađeni Campbell-ovi dijagrami za određivanje kritičnih brzina za različite frekvencije uzbude.
Abstract (english)
Damage to the rotor blade of a steam turbine is a relatively common problem and is one of the leading causes of sudden and unplanned shutdowns of a steam turbine. Blade failure during turbine operation poses a safety risk, which results in repair costs and production losses. Therefore, the high reliability of the rotor blades is very important for the safe and economical operation of the steam turbine. To ensure high reliability, it is necessary to perform a dynamic analysis of the rotor blades experimentally and in a computer environment. In this paper, a modal analysis was performed on the twisted blade of the last stage of the turbine in the Ansys software. The results of the modal analysis of the stationary rotor blade were compared with the results obtained by the bump test, which confirmed the numerical model of the blade. A modal analysis of a rotating rotor blade was performed on the same numerical model, and Campbell diagrams were made to determine the critical speeds for different excitation frequencies.
