Abstract
U radu je obrađen utjecaj korozije te analiza i tehnologija zaštite cjevovoda. Korozija cjevovoda je najrasprostranjeniji oblik korozije u konstrukcijskim materijalima. Sukladno tome, potrebno je provesti adekvatnu zaštitu kako bi sustav funkcionirao ispravno, ekološki i financijski prihvatljivo sa drugim vijekom trajanja. Tehnologija zaštite cjevovoda se sastoji od tvorničke izolacije i izolacije na samom gradilištu. Tvornička izolacija obuhvaća pripremu površine, a to podrazumijeva čišćenje površine cijevi od nečistoća, te pravilnog odabira premaza kao pripremu za katodnu zaštitu koja se izvodi na gradilištu. Opisani su elementi cjevovoda, pravilno rukovanje i transport. Obuhvaćena je i kontrola nanesene zaštite cjevovoda kao i održavanje. Analizirana je tehnologija zaštite konkretnog sustava plinovoda koja je bila popraćena potrebnim zakonima i normama za kompletno izvođenje zaštite cjevovoda uključujući transport i montažu , kontrolu te održavanje.
Abstract (english)
The paper describes the impact, corrosion analysis, protection and technology of pipelines. Corrosion of the pipeline is the most common form of corrosion in structural materials. It is necessary to implement adequate protection so the system can function properly, environmentally and financially acceptable with a long time service. Technology protection of pipelines consisting of a factory corosion protection and protection at the construction site. Factory corosion protection covers surface preparation, that means cleaning the pipe surface of dirt and the proper selection of the coating as a preparation for cathodic protection that is performed on the construction site. Thesis describes the elements of the pipeline, proper handling and transportation. Also,the control applied to protect pipelines and maintenance are included. In the paper, the technology and protection of concrete gas pipeline system was analyzed, which has been accompanied by the necessary laws and regulations for the complete execution of the protection of pipelines, including transportation, installation, kontrol and maintenance.
