Abstract
U teorijskom dijelu rada kratko je opisana podjela postupaka spajanja materijala. Postupak lijepljenja je detaljnije opisan, gdje su obrađene teme vrste i podjele ljepila, izbora ljepila, faktora utjecaja na čvrstoću ljepila, proračuna jednostrukog preklopnog lijepljenog spoja te prednosti i nedostaci korištenja ljepila za spajanja materijala. U eksperimentalnom dijelu ispitan je utjecaj duljine preklopa na čvrstoću lijepljenog spoja. Jedna serija ispitnih tijela od aluminija (Al 99,5%) je lijepljena sa epoksidnim, a druga sa akrilatnim ljepilom. Za obje serije varirane su duljine preklopa od 5, 10 i 15 mm. Rezultati ispitivanja su prikazivali maksimalnu silu i maksimalno naprezanje tijekom kidanja ispitnih tijela.
Abstract (english)
In the theoretical part of this thesis classification of joining materials is shortly discussed. Procedure of joining materials with adhesives is more in-depth, with discussions about classification of adhesives, their selection, factors that have effect on strength of adhesive joints, design of a single overlap adhesive joint and pros and cons of using adhesive over other material joining procedures. In the experimental part of this thesis goal was to research the effect of overlap length on strength of adhesive joints. First series of samples made of aluminum (Al 99,5%) was joined with epoxy, while the other series of samples was joined with acrylate adhesive. For both series of samples overlap lengths varied from 5, 10 and 15 mm. Results of research showed maximal force and strain during the breaking of samples.
