Abstract
CNC strojevi su danas neizostavan dio suvremene proizvodnje, toliko da je kratica CNC poprimila značenje profitabilne, precizne i fleksibilne proizvodnje. CNC strojevi su nastali kao odgovor na konstantno rastuće zahtjeve kvalitete, preciznosti i brzine obrade koje je gospodarstvo postavljalo (te i dalje postavlja) pred alatne strojeve. U prvom dijelu rada iznešene su određene teorijske osnove koordinatnih sustava CNC strojeva kao i opisi konstrukcijskih izvedbi i značajki CNC strojeva. U nastavku je opisana tokarilica EMCO Concept Turn 105 na kojoj je izradak i obrađen kao i upravljački sustav Sinumerik 840D. Navedene su i osnovne naredbe kao i ciklusi koji su korišteni za programiranje obrade. Drugi dio se sastoji od potpuno razrađenog tehnološkog procesa sa potpunom dokumentacijom. Naveden je potpun glavni program te svih pet potprograma. Simulacija obrade izratka urađena je u programu WinNC, te je popraćena slikama za svaki alat koji vrši obradu. Na kraju je prikazan završen izradak u simulatoru i slika izratka nakon stvarne izrade.
Abstract (english)
CNC machines are today an infallible part of modern production, so much so that CNC has become a byword for profitable, precise and flexible production. CNC machines themselves were created as an answer to constantly rising demands for quality, precision and machining speed that were being ( and still are ) placed upon tooling machines by the industry. The first part of this thesis is comprised of certain theoretical outlines regarding the coordinate systems of CNC machines and their constructional characteristics. That is followed by a description of the EMCO Concept Turn 105 educational lathe on which the workpiece has been machined as well as a description of Sinumerik 840D control unit. This part also includes a list of basic commands as well as a short explanation for each programming cycle used. The second part is made up of a completely finished technological process with full documentation. Also listed are the main program and the five used subroutines. The machining simulation has been done in the WinNC program and is accompanied by separate images for every special tool used. Showed at the end are the images of the workpiece finished in the simulation and after real machining.
