Abstract
Završni rad sastoji se od teorijskog dijela i analize. U teorijskom dijelu opisana je korozija kao posljedica prisutnosti vlage u elektroničkim sklopovima. Također, navedene su štete prouzročene djelovanjem korozije kao i čimbenici koji utječu na njenu pojavu. Obzirom da se korozija u najvećoj mjeri javlja na metalima, opisano je ponašanje u agresivnim uvjetima (vlaga, prašina, sastav tla, itd.) najčešće korištenih metala u elektrotehnici. Nadalje, navedeni su i opisani materijali čijim izborom možemo utjecati na pojavu korozije, što je prvi, važan korak u zaštiti metala od korozije. Opisani su načini zaštite materijala, od kojih je najveći naglasak stavljen na inhibitore korozije. U radu je opisana važnost projektiranja i izvedbe zaštitne oprema čiji je cilj smanjiti utjecaj negativnih čimbenika na sklop i omogućiti nesmetan rad uređaja. U analizi je obrađena izvedba zaštite elektroničkih sklopova stroja za probijanje metala s kompjutorskim numeričkim upravljanjem (engl. Computer Numeric Control, CNC) model Amada EUROPE 258 za vrijeme eksploatacije u proizvodnim uvjetima.
Abstract (english)
The final work consists of the theoretical part and the analysis. In theoretical part was described corrosion as a result of the presence of moisture in electronic circuits. Also, there are listed damages caused by corrosion activity and the factors affecting its appearance. Since corrosion most often occurs on metals, behaviour of the most commonly used metals in aggressive conditions (moisture, dust, soil composition, etc.) in electrical engineering was described. In addition, materials by which we can influence on occurrence of corrosion, which is the first important step in metal protecting, are listed and described. Ways of materials protection is described and the biggest emphasis is put on corrosion inhibitors. In the paper was described the importance of project design and designing protective equipment whose purpose is to reduce the impact of negative factors on the circuit and enable smooth operation of the device. In the analysis was elaborate way of protection of the electronic circuits of the Computer Numeric Control (CNC) metalworking machine Amada EUROPE 258 during exploitation in production conditions.
