Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je „Tehnologija izrade mosta za CNC stroj“. U radu je opisana namjena i princip rada stroja, tehničke karakteristike i zahtjevi, korištene tehnologije za izradu, proračun troškova i potrebna dokumentacija. Za izradu je potrebno osigurati nužnu tehničku dokumentaciju, odabrati materijal te biti dobar poznavatelj svih tehnologija koje su korištene, kako bi proizvodnja dijelova bila što povoljnija, uz ostvarene zahtjeve i tolerancije. Uz standardne tehnologije poput rezanja pilom, brušenja, zavarivanja, pjeskarenja, površinske zaštite, korištene su i nove proizvodne tehnologije, kao što su glodanje, bušenje i upuštanje na numerički upravljanim strojevima, te rezanje vodenim mlazom. Obuhvaćene su sve tehnologije od rezanja i pripreme materijala, do montaže proizvoda.
Abstract (english)
Theme of tihis graduation thesis is „technology of portal making for CNC machine. In this labor are desribed purpose and working mode of machine, technical characteristics and requirements, used technologies for making, cost calculation, and needful documentation. For making is necessary to prepare needful technical documentation, choose the material and be a good knower of all technologies which are used, to make part production cheaper with achieved requirements and tolerances. Expect standard technologies like saw cutting, grinding, welding, sandblasting, surface protection, there are used new making technologies like milling, drilling, countersinking on numerical controled machines, and also, water jet cutting. In labour are included all technologies, from cutting and preparing of material to montage of product.
