Abstract
U radu su opisani mehanizmi korozije, vrste korozije i metode zaštite od korozije. Napravljen je osvrt na ekonomski značaj korozije i troškove koje korozija stvara u svijetu. Analizirani su međunarodni standardi ISO 12944 i ISO 8501 koji se odnose na rješavanje pitanja korozije u proizvodnji, od pripreme površine do aplikacije antikorozivne zaštite i specifikacije potrebne dokumentacije za cijeli proces. Opisan je cjelokupni tehnološki postupak antikorozivne zaštite vagona serije Uacns, od početka procesa proizvodnje i nabave materijala te su detaljno opisane specifikacije same vagon cisterne. Objašnjen je proces izbora tehnologije zaštite metala i odabir sustava premaza koji je apliciran. Detaljno je opisan postupak antikorozivne zaštite vagona Uacns uključujući pripremu površine, napravljen je osvrt na samu izradu konstrukcije te su navedeni i opisani sustavi premaza za vagon Uacns kao i postupci ispitivanja apliciranog sustava. Objašnjen je sistem rada kabine za ličenje/sušenje i opisana je tehnologija kojom se osigurava zaštita okoliša pri radu iste.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes corrosion mechanisms, types of corrosion and corrosion protection methods. Reference is made to economic importance of corrosion and world corrosion costs. International standards ISO 12944 and ISO 8501 related to the issues of corrosion in production, from surface preparation to application of anticorrosion protection and specifications of required documentation for the whole process are analyzed. Whole technological process for anticorrosion protection of tank wagon Uacns is described, from start of production process and procurement of materials. Specifications of tank wagon were described in detail. Process of technology selection for metal protection and selection of coating system that is applied is explained. Corrosion protection process of tank wagon Uacns with surface preparation is detailed. Reference is made to production of construction and coating systems for a tank wagon as well as procedures for testing applied coating systems. Work system of cabin for painting/drying is explained as well as the technology which provides enviromental protection.
