Abstract
U radu je analizirana upotreba kogeneracijskih postrojenja za proizvodnju električne i toplinske energije. Također, prikazan je slijed nastanka energije od sirovog materijala (biomase) do izgaranja u plinskom motoru ili prolaska pare kroz parnu turbinu. Zadatkom je bilo potrebno opisati kogeneracijska postrojenja manje nazivne snage, napraviti uvod u principe rada postrojenja te isto tako opis upuštanja u rad predmetnog postrojenja. Također, kao cilj rada analiziran je rad postrojenja. Metodologija rada primjenjiva je za manje nazivne snage do 5MWe. Prikazana je upotreba plinskog Otto motora te isto tako parne turbine koji zajedno s generatorom tvore električnu energiju. Razlikuju se principi proizvodnje topline upotrebom jednog od ovih dvaju agregata, zbog razlike u načelu rada plinskog motora i turbine. Slijedom radnji u radu su opisani suvremeniji načini za što bolje iskorištenje dimnih plinova preko organskog Rankineovog ciklusa kako bi se povećala proizvodnja električne energije. Prikazom cjelokupnog proizvodnog sustava i svih proizvodnih prostora bilo je moguće odrediti mjesta potencijalnih opasnosti prilikom rada postrojenja.
Abstract (english)
The paper analyzes the use of cogeneration plants for electrical and thermal energy production. The sequence of energy generation, from raw material (biomass) to combustion, in a gas engine or steam passing through a steam turbine is shown. The task was to describe lower power rated cogeneration plants, make an introduction of the working principles, as well as describing the underlying start-up procedures for the observed plant. Also, the operation of the plant was analyzed as a work goal of the paper. The work methodology is applicable to plants with a lower rated output, up to 5 MWe. The use of Otto gas engine and steam turbines are shown, which together with the generator produce the electric energy. There are different principles of heat production using one of these two aggregates due to differences in the principle of gas engine and turbine operation. Through the work in the paper more modern ways to maximize the use of flue gases via the organic Rankine cycle to increase the production of electricity are described. By displaying the entire production system and all production areas, it was possible to identify potential hazardous sites when operating the plant.
