Abstract
U radu je opisano što su polimeri, na koji način se dobivaju, te su navedeni proizvodi dobiveni iz polimernih materijala i njihova područja primjene. Detaljno je analizirana struktura polimera koja je markomolekulni spoj određen s nekoliko karakterističnih skupina podataka. Strukturu makromolekule određuje njezina veličina, broj tipova mera, opći izgled, konformacija i konfiguracija makromolekule. Detaljno je opisan polietilen, polimerni materijal koji je korišten u eksperimentalnom dijelu ovog rada, te su opisani postupci dobivanjapolietilena, prednosti i nedostaci, područje primjene. U radu je detaljno opisan ciklus injekcijskog prešanja, te potrebna oprema da bi se rastaljeni polimer doveo do gotovog proizvoda, otpreska. Razrađeni su parametri injekcijskog prešanja, što utječe na određena svojstva proizvoda, a posebno je posvećena pozornost utjecaju parametara na savojna svojstva polietilena. Eksperimentalni dio rada obuhvaća ispitivanje ispitnih tijela na kidalici, uz promjenu temperature kalupne šupljine i tlaka ubrizgavanja kod njihovog prešanja.
Abstract (english)
The work is described as polymers, in what way are obtained, and the said products obtained from polymer materials and their application areas. Advanced analyses the structure of the polymer which is compound determined by several characteristic groups of data. The structure of macromolecules is determined by its size, the number of types of measures, general appearance, conformation and configuration macromolecules. Polyethylene is described in detail, the polymeric material used in the experimental part of this work, and are described methods of making polyethylene, the advantages and disadvantages, the scope of application. One of the most important methods of processing a polymer injection molding. The paper described in detail the injection molding cycle, and the necessary equipment to molten polymer brought to the finished product, the pallet. They are developed injection molding parameters, which affect certain properties of the product, and in particular the attention paid to the impact of the parameters on the flexural properties of polyethylene. The experimental part of the work includes the examination of samples to the testing machine, with a temperature change the mold cavity and injection pressure with their pressing.
