Abstract
Tema završnog rada bavi se problematikom obradivosti materijala prema kriteriju oblika odvojenih čestica. Kako bi mogli razumjeti zaključke koje na kraju rada autor iznosi kroz analizu odvojenih čestica, bitno je, prije svega razjasniti faktore koji utječu na rezultate spomenute analize. Jedna od važnijih karakteristika radnog predmeta u procesu proizvodnje je svojstvo obradivosti. Obradivost materijala biti će pojašnjena na samom početku kako bi čitatelj bio upoznat sa definicijom obradivosti i glavnim čimbenicima koji utječu na obradivost materijala. Isto tako, bitno je razumjeti kako određeni čimbenik obradivosti utječe na sveukupnost obilježja materijala i koliki je njegov značaj. Nakon upoznavanja sa faktorima koji mogu utjecati na obradivost materijala, navedeni su, a zatim i pojašnjeni kriteriji obradivosti koji opisuju obradu materijala sa 3 aspekta (Obradivost s obzirom na: sile rezanja, odvojene čestice i trošenje alata, te za ovaj rad najzanimljiviji, oblik odvojene čestice). Nakon predstavljanja oblika odvojene čestice kao jednog od načina opisivanja obradivosti materijala, u nastavku rada valja prikazati najčešće načine na koje se čestica odvaja od ostatka radnog predmeta, te prednostima i nedostacima svakog od načina. Zatim se navode oblici i karakteristike čestice koja se formira u postupku obrade. Pred kraj rada, s obzirom sve navedene čimbenike i oblike, biti će prikazan utjecaj različitih materijala i režima rada na oblik odvojene čestice. U zadnjem poglavlju biti će prezentirani rezultati analize prikupljenih odvojenih čestica i iznesen zaključak na temelju teoretskog i praktičnog rada.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents problem of materials machinability to the criterion of machined particles shape (chips shape). In order to understand the analysis at the end of this paper, reader must be acquainted with certain factors. Machinability of materials will be presented at the very beginning of this paper so reader would be able to understand its effects on the whole process. Moreover it is important to understand the effects of machinability and its importance considering material itself. After introduction and listing factors that affect machinability, 3 points of view considering machinability criterion are explained (Criterion of cutting forces, machined particles and tool wear, and separated particles shape). After explanation on separated particles shape, most common cases of machined particles are listed and explained, with some of their pros and cons. Before analysis of chips, taking into consideration all the factors and particles shapes, different materials and cutting regimes will be introduced. And the end of paper, comparison and analysis of two different materials will be presented followed be conclusion on this topic.
