Abstract
U uvodnom dijelu objašnjeni su osnovni pojmovi korozije, kao i ostali pojmovi koji se vežu uz istu. Kako je čelik materijal koji je svoju primjenu pronašao u svim granama ljudskog života, a podložan je koroziji, izučavanje samog procesa korozije jako je bitno. Korozija smanjuje vijek trajanja određenog proizoda i određuje kvalitetu istog, te se iz tih razloga velikom brzinom razvijaju tehnologije zaštite površina. U radu je analizirana jedna od tih tehnologija, a to je boriranje. Također, analiziran je problem boriranja legiranog čelika. Ovim toplinsko-difuzijskim postupkom dobivaju se svojstva legiranog čelika koja su karakteristična kod visokolegiranih čelika. Tvrdi boridni slojevi otporni su na trošenje. Zbog takvih svojstava primjenjuje se za strojne elemente kao što su vretena, vratila, čahure, valjci, zupčanici. Osim strojnih elemenata boriraju se i alati za savijanje, alati za prešanje, matrica za probijanje i ostali dijelovi kojima je potreba visoka otpornost na trošenje.
Abstract (english)
In the introductory part are explained the basic concepts of corrosion, as well as other concepts related to it. As steel materials that have found their application in all branches of human life and he is subject to corrosion, the research of the corrosion process itself is very important. Corrosion reduces the life of a particular product and determines the quality of the same, and for this reason surface protection technologies are developing at high speeds. In this work is analyze one of these technologies, which is boring. The problem of digestion of alloyed steel was also analyzed. This thermal diffusion process produces alloy steel properties characteristic of high alloy steel. Hard layers are resistant to wear. Because of such properties it applies to hardware elements such as spindles, shafts, caps, rollers, gears. In addition to machine elements, bending tools, pressing tools, punching tools and the other parts requiring high wear resistance are also being worn.
