Abstract
U radu je objašnjena primjena CAD/CAM tehnologije na procesu izrade alata za prehrambenu industriju obradom odvajanjem čestica. Rad je podijeljen u tri dijela. Prvi dio je općenit opis značenja CAD/CAM tehnologije te opis odabranog programskog rješenja SolidWorks/SolidCAM. Navedene su prednosti te nedostaci korištenja SolidCAM-a u općenitom smislu i industriji. Također su navedene opće stavke o petoosnim strojevima. Drugi dio pokriva opis proizvoda, koji se sastoji od materijala proizvoda, odabira stroja te tehnoloških zahtjeva za izradu proizvoda. Treći sadrži izradu modela proizvoda unutar SolidWorks-a, ilustrativni prikaz stezne naprave za radni predmet te CAM tehnologiju obrade odvajanjem čestica programskim rješenjem SolidCAM, definiranjem operacija, alata, režima obrade te generiranjem simulacija obrade.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, an application of CAD/CAM technology is explained, used for manufacture of mould for food industry. Paper consists of three parts. First part represents general meaning of CAD/CAM technology and description of SolidWorks/SolidCAM software solution. Some advantages and disadvantages are shown regarding general and industrial use of SolidCAM. Likewise, trivial facts about five axis milling machines are mentioned. Second part covers product details, consisted of product material description, milling machine selection and requests on product design technology. Third part consists of product model design within SolidWorks software, workpiece clamping assembly illustration and CAM machining technology using SolidCAM for solution, by defining milling operations, used tools, tool cutting dana and by generating machining simulations.
