Abstract
Ovaj rad opisuje važnost injekcijskog prešanja šupljikavih otpresaka i razvoja njihovih postupaka. Ogromna količina polimera se prerađuje injekcijskim prešanjem svake godine. Velike količine novaca i znanja se ulažu u unapređivanje sustava za injekcijsko prešanje zbog svoje značajne uloge u današnjem potrošačkom svijetu. Mnogi su razlozi primjene novih metoda injekcijskog prešanja kao što je prešanje šupljikavih otpresaka , a neki od njih su smanjenje potrošnje materijala, škarta i energije dok se poboljšavaju svojstva poput specifične čvrstoće i izolacijskih svojstava. Manja masa uz ista svojstva je uvijek poželjna stavka koju ova tehnologija ispunjava. U ovom radu se opisuje proces injekcijskog prešanja te oprema koja je nužna za funkcioniranje ovog sustava. Na kraju se uspoređuju razne metode injekcijskog prešanja šupljikavih otpresaka koje su trenutno komercijalno raširene.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the importance of injection molding of porous parts and development of these procedures. Huge amount of polymers is being processed by injection molding every year. Large amount of money and knowledge is invested in improving of injection molding systems due to its significant role in the present consumer world. Reasons for application of new methods of injection molding such as molding of porous parts are many, and some of them are reduction of material consumption, scrap and energy consumption while improving properties such as specific strength and insulation properties. Less mass with same properties is always a desirable item that this technology meets. In this paper is described process of injection molding and equipment necessary for the operation of this system. Finally, various methods of injection molding of porous parts are being compared, which are now commercially widespread.
