Abstract
U ovom završnom radu prikazan je razvoj numeričkog upravljanja CNC proizvodnje. Opisane su pretpostavke za uspješno NC programiranje. Kratko su opisane glavne značajke edukacijske tokarilice EMCO Turn 105 i upravljačke jedinice Sinumerik 840D na kojoj je provedena simulacija obrade te opisana struktura i sadržaj programa i njegovo pokretanje. Objašnjeni su ciklusi koji su korišteni za programiranje obrade i tehnološki proces s cjelovitom dokumentacijom koja se sastoji od operacijskog lista, plana stezanja, plana rezanja i plana alata. Definirana su dva glavna programa i četiri potprograma te je odrađena simulacija izrade obratka u programu WinNC koja je dokumentirana slikama za svaki alat posebno.
Abstract (english)
This paper shows the development of numerical control and CNC manufacturing. Assumptions for successful NC programming are described. Furthermore, there's a brief description of the main features of the EMCO Turn 105 Educational Lathe and the Sinumerik 840D control unit, where the simulation of the machining is done, as well as the description of the structure and contents of the program and its launch. The cycles used for process programming and the technological process with the complete documentation consisting of the operating list, clamping plan, cutting plan and tool plan, are explained. Two main programs and four subprograms have been defined, and the workmanship simulation is done in WinNC, which is documented with images for each tool separately.
