Abstract
U ovom radu opisana je tehnologija izrade CNC mosta iz legure Al6061. Uvodni dio se sastoji od opisivanja i objašnjavanja što je to laser, lasersko rezanje, brzine rezanja lasera, prednosti i nedostatci primjene lasera te parametri rezanja. Zatim se objašnjava CNC stroj, dijelovi stroja i na koji način se mogu vršiti gibanja stroja. U sljedećem dijelu se opisuju karakteristike izabrane legure Al6061. Zatim se objašnjava kojim se sve tehnologijama može proizvesti most CNC lasera te se detaljno opisuje izabrana metoda. Na kraju je napravljen proračun krutosti/izvijanja obzirom na opterećenja mosta.
Abstract (english)
This graduate work describes technology of CNC bridge production from alloy Al6061. The introductory part consists of describing and explaining what is laser, laser cutting, laser cutting speed, some benefits and disadvantages of laser application and cutting parameters. Then, there is explaning what is CNC machine, parts of the machine and how the machine motion can be performed. The next chapter describes the characteristics of the selected alloy Al6061. Then there is explaination relating to technologies which can be used for production of CNClaser bridge and the sellected method is described in details. In the end of graduate work, the estimate of rigidity / deflection was made considering the bridge stress.
