Abstract
Diplomski rad sastoji se od teorijskog dijela u kojem se obrađuju korozijski procesi te zaštita konstrukcijskih materijala od korozije upotrebom prevlaka. Teorijski dio opisuje mehanizme korozije, vrste korozije, korozijske sredine, korozijska svojstva konstrukcijskih materijala te njihovu zaštitu od korozije. Opširnije opisuje zaštitu od korozije upotrebom organskih prevlaka. Posebno poglavlje opisuje postupak plastificiranja, i sve metode plastificiranja, s posebnim naglaskom na elektrostatičko naprašivanje. Na kraju diplomskog rada opisane su metode kontrole nanesenog sloja te utjecaj prevlaka na ekologiju.
Abstract (english)
This final work consist of theoretical part which describe corrosion processes and the protection of construction material from corrosion using coatings. The theoretical part describes corrosion mechanisms, types of corrosion, corrosion environments, corrosion properties of construction materials and their corrosion protection. More specifically, it describes corrosion protection using organic coatings. Particularly chapter describes the procedure of powder coating, and all the methods of powder coating, with a special emphasis on electrostatic conditioning. At the end of these final work, methods of controlling the applied layer and the influence of coating on ecology are described.
