Abstract
Diplomski rad odnosi se na obnovljive izvore energije, točnije male hidroelektrane koje iskorištavaju energiju vode za proizvodnju električne energije. U radu je objašnjen način rada, podjela te karakteristike hidroelektrana. Najveći dio rada se odnosi na malu hidroelektranu „Orljava 8“ u Brodskom Drenovcu. Također je opisan hidrološki potencijal rijeke Orljave kao i sustav rada te dijelovi i oprema male hidroelektrane. U konačnici je analizirana proizvodnja električne energije i ostvarena snaga u ovisnosti o protoku rijeke orljave na dnevnoj, tjednoj, mjesečnoj i godišnjoj razini te je proizvedena energija uspoređena sa stvarnom proizvedenom energijom u istom razdoblju.
Abstract (english)
This master thesis refers to renewable energy sources, namely smaller hydroelectric power plants that exploit the energy of water for the production of electricity. The paper explains the mode of operation, division and characteristics of hydroelectric power plants. Most of the work is related to a small hydroelectric plant „Orljava 8" in „Brodski Drenovac“. Also, the hydrological potential of the river Orljava as well as the system of operation and the parts and equipment of a small hydroelectric power plant are described.. Finally, electricity generation and power output were analysed in dependence on the flow rate of the river on daily, weekly, monthly and annual levels, and the energy produced was compared with to the actual energy produced in the same period.
