Abstract
U uvodnom dijelu opisana je korozija, vrste korozije sa opisom kemijske i elektokemijske korozije sa odgovarajućim primjerima. Zatim je detaljnije opisana elektrokemijska korozija, njezina formula, način djelovanja i shema. Potom se opisuju korozijska ispitivanja koja mogu biti laboratorijska, terenska i eksploatacijska sa detljnijim opisom vizualne metode, metode vaganja, metode mjerenja popratnih pojava, metode mjerenja dimenzija i mehaničke metode. U nastavku se pobliže opisuje metalografija i provodi metalografsko ispitivanje. Detaljno su opisane sve faze provedbe metalografskog ispitivanja: priprema površine, uzimanje uzoraka, zalijevanju uzoraka u kalup, brušenje, poliranje, nagrizanje i ispitivanje optičkim mikroskopom. Na kraju slijedi zaključak s vlastitom analizom i preporukom.
Abstract (english)
In the introduction part there is a description of corrosion, types of corrosion with description of chemical and electrochenical corrosion with appropriate examples. Electrochemical corrosion is further described, its formula, effect and scheme. Corrosion tests, which can be laboratory, field and exploratory, are described with a more detailed description of the visual method, weighing methods, hydrogen evolution method, oxygen evolution method, dimensional measurement methods and mechanical methods. In the next part there is a further description of mettalography and metallographic testing. Next is detailed description of all stages of metalographic testing: surface preparation, sampling, mounting the sample, grinding, polishing, etching metallographic specimens and optical microscope examination. In the end, there is a conclusion with own analysis and reccomendation.
