Abstract
U prvom dijelu diplomskog rada su opisani polimerni materijali. Zbog svojih osobina i sposobnosti preradbe nezaobilazni su u svim granama industrije. Napretkom moderne tehnologije dolazi do razvoja novih materijala boljih mehaničkih svojstava, boljih preradbenih svojstava, duljeg vijeka trajanja. Polimerni kompoziti su mladi materijali dobiveni spajanjem dvaju ili više materijala različitih svojstava. U radu su opisana detaljno njihova svojstva i primjena. Danas su to materijali koji su sve više zastupljeni i sve je više proizvoda od tih materijala. Zatim u radu je detaljno opisan postupak injekcijskog prešanja i FDC postupak injekcijskog prešanja. Injekcijsko prešanje je najvažniji ciklički postupak preradbe polimera. Injekcijskim prešanjem se prerađuju svi polimer: plastomeri, elastomeri, duromeri.
Abstract (english)
In the first part of this master thesis, the polymer materials are described. Because of their properties and processing capabilities, they are unavoidable in all branches of the industry. With the advancement of modern technology, new materials are developed with improved mechanical properties, improved processing properties, longer life span. Polymer composites are young materials obtained by merging two or more materials of different properties. This paper describes in detail their properties and application. Today, these are the materials that are increasingly represented and the more and more products of these materials. Then, the procedure of injection molding and FDC injection molding were described in detail. Injection molding is the most important cyclic polymer process. By injection molding, all the polymers are processed: thermoplastic polymer, elastomers, thermosets.
