Abstract
Zadatak ovog diplomskog rada je termotehnička analiza i ekonomska analiza za sustav evaporativnog hlađenja na kondenzatoru. Kondenzator je dio rashladnog sustava za industrijski objekt snage 750 kW. U diplomskom radu prikazan je proces ishlapljivanja koji se odvija tijekom evaporativnog hlađenja. Opisane su podjele evaporativnog hlađenja i prikazana je usporedba hlađenja kondenzatorima sa i bez evaporativnog hlađenja. Napravljena je termotehnička analiza kojom je za gradove Madrid, Istanbul, Frankfurt i Zagreb prikazana iskoristivost sustava evaporativnog hlađenja za različite meteorološke uvjete u tim gradovima. Uspoređena je potrošnja električne energije sa i bez evaporativnog hlađenja na kondenzatoru te izračun potrebne količine vode za rad sustava evaporativnog hlađenja. Izabrana je pogonska oprema, te analizirana kvaliteta vode. Ekonomskom analizom uspoređeni su troškovi za vodu i struju kroz referentne gradove te je prikazana isplativost ugradnje sustava evaporativnog hlađenja. Proračunate su dimenzije i potrebna oprema za ugradnju evaporativnog hlađenja na kondenzatore. Shematski je prikazan sustav za ugradnju evaporativnog hlađenja na kondenzatore.
Abstract (english)
The task of this thesis is the thermodynamical, technical, and economic analysis of an evaporative cooling system on a condenser. The condenser is a component of the cooling system for an industrial facility with 750 kW of installed power. This thesis describes the process of evaporation that is a part of evaporative cooling. The thesis also describes the distinctions between different types of evaporative cooling, and a comparison of using condensers with and without evaporative cooling. The thesis also contains the evaporative cooling efficiency analysis for different meteorological conditions in Madrid, Istanbul, Frankfurt, and Zagreb. Power consumption and water usage for cooling with and without evaporative cooling is also described in this document. After the consumption analysis, the thesis describes the chosen equipment and water quality analysis. Economic analysis uses water and power cost comparison in the aforementioned cities to show the cost-effectiveness of evaporative cooling per city. In the end, this thesis contains the needed equipment, equipment dimensions and the complete technical schema for the evaporative cooling system in the given facility.
