With advanced technologies over the last century, the need for extracts of all the more complex surfaces has emerged. Complex surfaces were first demanded in the military and space industries, and eventually in the aerospace and automotive industries. Using three-piece machine tools can greatly assist in the manufacture of complex parts in various industries. Manual typing of code for NC machines has been replaced by programming processing in a graphical environment on the computer with considerable time savings. The first part of the graduate thesis consists of descriptions and representations of the CAD / CAM software. Furthermore, the model of the gearbox housing model has been designed with a similar model of adjustable dimensions for a school example of a milling machine. The second part consists of the design of technological processes of the defined elements for the CAD / CAM software NX 11, with the generation of technological documents. After the generated technological documentation, the preparation of defined elements on the educational CNC milling machine EMCO PC MILL 105 is being prepared. After the preparatory activities,elements were created using previously generated documentation defined. Depending on the type of problem, the objective function may be different; some of the most common objective functions are: maximum profit, minimal cost, minimal waste, maximum material utilization, minimum production time.
