Abstract
U ovom završnom radu objašnjene su tehnologije obrade metala (aluminijevih legura) istiskivanjem. Istiskivanje je metoda obrade plastičnom deformacijom. Obrađeni su osnovni tipovi istiskivanja s obzirom na smjer tečenja materijala i temperaturu materijala. Pojašnjene su metode i principi rada za istosmjerno i protusmjerno istiskivanje. Također su pojašnjeni principi nastanka deformacije, kao i osnovni pojmovi vezani uz naprezanja koja prate tu pojavu. Nadalje su izneseni izrazi za računanje tlakova, naprezanja, sila... Predstavljeni su izgledi alata za izvršavanje prethodno navedenih postupaka, te su im prokazani dijelovi i objašnjene uloge bitnijh dijelova. Tokom rada su davani primjeri svakodnevnih proizvoda nastalih spomenutim tehnologijama.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, the extrusion techniques of metalworking (aluminum alloys) are described. Exstrusion is a method of plastic deformation. Basic types of extrusion considering material temperature or material flow have been analyzed. Methods and principles of work for direct and indirect extrusion have been explained. The principles of deformation as well as the basic terms related to the strains that accompany this occurrence are explained. Furthermore there are expressions for the calculation of pressures, stresses, forces ... The outlines of the tools for performing the mentioned procedures are presented and the parts and explanations of the important parts are explained. In the paper, examples of everyday products emerged in these technologies are given.
