Abstract
Osnovni zadatak ovog rada je bilo opisati postupke obrade tokarenjem . Prvo je opisan postupak obrade tokarenjem i specifičnosti koji se javljaju pri tom postupku. Zatim je prikazana kinematika pojedinog postupka tokarenja. Nakon toga su opisane značajke površine dobivene pojedinim postupkom tokarenja i vektori brzine za pojedinu površinu. Prikazane su stezne naprave koje se koriste u obradi tokarenjem te njihova primjena. Na kraju je navedena izvedba sustava za automatsku izmjenu alata i obradaka na tokarilicama i primjena viševretenih strojeva u obradi.
Abstract (english)
The basic task of this final work was to describe the processes of turning. First described is the process of processing by turning and the specificities that occur during this process. Then the kinematics of the particular turning process is shown. Subsequently, the characteristics of the surface obtained by a particular turning process and the speed vector for a particular surface are described. The clamping devices used in turning and their application are shown. In the end, a system for automated tool and tool change on lathes and the application of multi-milling machines are processed.
