Abstract
U radu su analizirani problemi izrade samooštreće oštrice lemeša pluga. U uvodu su ukratko opisane osnovne vrste lemeša te su navedene prednosti lemeša s efektom samooštrenja u odnosu na druge vrste. Izrađen je tehnološki postupak navarivanja tvrdog metala na oštricu lemeša pluga pomoću robota. Analizirani su uvjeti pri kojima dolazi do pojave samooštrenja lemeša. Na temelju ovih uvjeta i značajki osnovnog materijala, odabran je dodatni materijal i određeni su parametri zavarivanja. Opisan je postupak pripreme lemeša za navarivanje tvrdog metala i postupak izrade naprave za stezanje lemeša na radni stol robota. U trećem poglavlju su navedene osnovne značajke robota za zavarivanje Motoman HP6. Također, ukratko je opisana pomoćna oprema robota, koja se nalazi na Strojarskom fakultetu u Slavonskom Brodu. Nakon izrade programskog koda i navarivanja lemeša pomoću robota, analizirani su rezultati. Vizualnom kontrolom je utvrđeno nekoliko grešaka u navaru za koje su u zaključku ponuđena rješenja.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyzes the problem of making a self-sharpening ploughshare blade. The introduction briefly describes the basic types of ploughshares and lists the advantages of plowshares with self-sharpening effect compared to other types. A technical procedure for welding hard metal to the blade of a ploughshare using a robot has been developed. The paper analyzes the requirements that are set in order to achieve the effect of self – sharpening of a ploughshare. Based on these conditions and characteristics of the base material, an additional material was selected, and welding parameters were determined. The process of preparing a ploughshare for welding hard metal and the process of making a device for clamping a ploughshare on a robot desktop were described. The third chapter lists the basic features of the Motoman HP6 welding robot. Also, it briefly describes the auxiliary equipment of the robot, which is located at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Slavonski Brod. After creating the program code and welding the ploughshare using a robot, the results were analyzed. Visual control revealed several errors in the weld, and the solutions were offered in the conclusion.
