Abstract
U radu je opisan postupak navarivanja kotača željezničkih vagona. Postupak se primjenjuje radi toga što se kretanjem vozila po tračnicama dolazi do trošenja naplatka kotača željezničkih vozila. U uvodu su opisani tipovi kotača koji se pojavljuju u primjeni. Opisan je slijed aktivnosti koje se provode tijekom navarivanja kotača, isto kao i kontrola kvalitete. Navedeni su primjeri WPS i WPQR dokumenata, što oni moraju sadržavati i kako izgledaju. Opisana je tehnologija elektrolučnog postupka zavarivanja pod praškom i ostale pripremne aktivnosti koje je potrebno ostvariti prije početka procesa navarivanja. Navedene su metode kontrole kvalitete bez razaranja koje se koriste tijekom i nakon procesa zavarivanja. Svaka od tih metoda ukratko je opisana i shematski prikazana. Greške koje se pojave tijekom postupka potrebno je popraviti odgovarajućim postupcima, da ne bi došlo do neželjenih događaja tijekom eksploatacije koje mogu imati ljudske žrtve i materijalne štete.
Abstract (english)
In thesis overlay welding of wheels for railway wagons are briefly described. The procedure is applied because the movement of the vehicle on the rails leads to the wear of the rims of the wheels for railway vehicles. The introduction describes the types of wheels that appear in the application. The sequence of activities carried out during overlay welding are described, as is the quality control. Examples of WPS and WPQR documents are given, what they must contain and what they look like. The technology of submerged arc welding and other preparatory activities that need to be accomplished before the start of the welding process are described. The non-destructive quality control methods used during and after the welding process are listed. Each of these methods are briefly described and schematically illustrated. Failures that occur during the procedure must be corrected by appropriate procedures, in order to avoid unwanted events during exploitation that may have human casualties and material damage.
