Abstract
U radu je analiziran projekt uvođenja, instalacije i rada na informacijskom sustavu OperaOpus u poduzeće Končar-MES d.d. Da bi se projekt uspješno završio, bilo je potrebno analizirati proizvodni proces u teoriji i praksi, te utvrditi prednosti i nedostatke postojećeg ERP sustava u usporedbi s novim. Analiza je pokazala da novi informacijski sustav OperaOpus ima prednosti poput: - Bržeg rada - Jednostavnosti - Automatizacije procesa - Unificiranosti podataka - Dostupnosti podataka širem krugu korisnika Iz tih prednosti može se zaključiti da je investicija bila isplativa, te da će se proces proizvodnje moći kontrolirati na učinkovitiji način.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents analysis of project of implementation, installation and work on information system OperaOpus in company Končar-MES In order to finish project successfully, it was necessary to analyze production process in theory and practice in order to investigate advantages and disadvantages of existing ERP system compared to new one. Analysis showed that new information system OperaOpus has advantages such as: - faster work - simplicity - automatization of process - uniformity of data - availability to wider circle of users. From those advantages conclusion is made that investment has been justified and that production process can be controlled at more efficient way
