Abstract
U uvodnom dijelu ovog rada opisano je oblikovanje metala deformiranjem, njegova podjela i značajke plastične deformacije. Prikazana je podjela kovanja koja se dijeli na slobodno kovanje i kovanje u ukovnjima. Na kraju uvodnog dijela opisani su različiti kovački strojevi, batovi i preše na kojima se vrši kovanje. U drugom dijelu rada opisane su različite proizvodne tehnologije za izradu klackalice motora te njihove prednosti i nedostaci u odnosu na kovanje. U trećem dijelu ovog rada bilo je potrebno izvršiti proračun alata za kovanje prema tehničkom crtežu D_DV_2020. Izvršena je klasifikacija otkivka, određen broj potrebnih gravura, dimenzije gravura i dimenzije alata za kovanje. Nakon obavljenog proračuna izrađena je potrebna dokumentacija u vidu crteža u programima Autodesk Inventor professional 2017 i Autodesk Autocad 2016.
Abstract (english)
The introductory part of this work desribes the metal forming deformation, its separation and the characteristics of plastic deformation. It is shown the separation of forging which is free forging and die forging. At the end of the introductory part, there are described varius forging machines, hammers and presses on which forging is performed. The second part of the work describes various technologies of producing rocker arm, their advantages and disadvantages in relation to forging. In the third part of this work, according to technical drawing D_DV_2020 was necessary to perform the calculation of forging machine. There the classification of forging part, a certain number of required engravings, dimensions of engravings and dimensions of forging machine were calculated. After the calculation, the necessary documentation in term of drawings was prepared using Autodesk Inventor professional 2017 and Autodesk Autocad 2016.
