Abstract
U ovom radu opisan je tijek i tehnologija izrade glavnog vretena kao dijela sklopa motor vretena. U uvodu će biti govora o visokobrzinskoj obradi, njenom povijesnom razvoju te ulozi u suvremenoj proizvodnji. Prvi dio sadrži opis motor vretena, njegove strukture te prednosti i nedostatke njegovog korištenja. U nastavku je definiran materijal korišten u izradi. Opisane su tehnologije obrade odvajanjem čestica korištene u izradi glavnog vretena te je dana njihova podjela. Prikazan je slijed tehnoloških operacija te strojevi korišteni za njihovo izvođenje s naglaskom na visoke zahtjeve na preciznost i postizanje uskih tolerancija. Na kraju je dan zaključak u kojem je rezimiran cijeli rad te je razmotren potencijal za poboljšavanje proizvodnih procesa u budućnosti.
Abstract (english)
In this paper flow and technology of manufacture of spindle as a part of a motor spindle assembly is described. In the introduction there will be talk about high-speed machining, its historical development and its role in modern manufacturing. First part consists a description of a motor spindle, its structure and the pros and cons of its use. In the follow-up, the material used for production is defined. The machining technologies used for the production of spindle are described and its division is presented. The sequence of technological operations is shown as well as the machines used to carry them out with the stress on high requirements for precision and achieving narrow tolerances. In the end conclusion is given in which the whole paper is summarized and a potential for improvement of manufacturing processes in the future is considered.
